All correspondence and records shall be confidential and remain the property of the Agency. Information supplied by the Agency is confidential and is accepted by the Client on the condition that the information will not be disclosed to third parties. If an introduction is passed on to another employer and this results in an engagement, the Client (who was originally given the details) shall be liable for the payment of the appropriate fee to the Agency under our standard terms and conditions.
